Distribution and Logistics Management

Amifamilia operates in collaboration with a network of authorized suppliers and distributors.

Important: For orders containing multiple products, items may be dispatched from different distribution centers, which could result in staggered delivery times.


Delivery Hours and Protocol

Deliveries are made:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

  • Weekends and holidays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

All deliveries are made to the address registered in the purchase order. Upon delivery, a joint verification will be conducted with the recipient to confirm the integrity, quantity, and quality of the products.


Alternate Recipient

Customers may designate a secondary contact if the primary recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, ensuring smoother receipt of products.


Failed Delivery Management

If delivery fails due to the absence of the primary recipient and no alternate contact is provided, the logistics team will immediately notify the customer to coordinate next steps. The order will be returned to the Distribution Center for rescheduling or resolution per established protocols. If delivery is not completed within 3 business days, the order will be canceled, and applicable refund or return policies will apply.


Identity Verification

To ensure delivery security, the recipient (primary or alternate) must present a valid ID, which will be cross-checked with the order details.


Receipt Confirmation

Upon receiving the products, the recipient must sign the delivery receipt, confirming acceptance of the goods as delivered. If dissatisfied, the recipient may refuse to sign. The signature implies acceptance of the products under the stipulated conditions. A copy of the dispatched product list will also be provided.


Shipping Fees

Costs vary by province:

  • Havana: $8.00 USD per order.

  • Holguín: $10.00 USD per order.

Processing times begin after order confirmation and validation.
